PRAYER REDEEMS TIME !!
Week 20, August 09, 2010
Problems getting up in the morning…? Here is His promise to you.
Isaiah 50:4 The Sovereign Lord has given me an instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being taught.
God is not a man, that He should lie,… Numbers 23:19a.
Before you go to bed tonight pray and ask Him to wake you up. He will. He is a promise keeping God.
As soon as you get up, pray with your spouse for your children. Make this a regular habit. Then get out of bed. Fold your blanket. Brush your teeth. Fresh ‘n up. Now, spend time with Him. Let this be followed by prayer with your spouse. Then, have family prayer with your children. DO NOT GIVE UP ON ME JUST AS YET!
God will help you redeem time. You will accomplish more in ‘that’ than you would if you ‘rush’ into your day.
Try this and see how much time you have at the end of every day !!
